Repair services
- All repairs are quoted before work begins. No work will commence without your approval of the quote.
- We offer a no fix, no fee guarantee — if we cannot repair your device you will not be charged for labour.
- Repair times are estimates only. We will contact you via WhatsApp or phone if there are any delays.
- We recommend backing up your data before submitting any device for repair. The Phone Shop is not liable for data loss during repairs.
- Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion may be disposed of or sold to cover outstanding costs.
Warranty
All repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labour unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or faults unrelated to the original repair.
Shop purchases
- All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faulty items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Affiliate links and sponsorships
